Order Only

Oh day, oh jolly, joyful day,
When country lads and lasses say,
'Tra-la-tra-la-tra-lawny-lay
Tra-la-tra-lawny-lay'.

Well, it's been buzzing in my head all morning. Thought I'd share.

Kingsley, Frank: how goes it with your guest, Mrs Ridley? (Is she 'Mrs', by the way?) If you've need of me, I believe my visit will have to wait until Tuesday evening. I had hoped to slip away tomorrow, but I understand that my substitute will be arriving and that there might be some briefing of staff ahead of the CCF trials, so I will need to stay put.

At least I'll have all my parchment in order ahead of my Monday grilling by the St Mungo's Inquisition.

Sorry for the delay in answering this, Poppy. We've been going round and round with Pleniloquence. Not because she's talking, but because she isn't. (Whether she's 'Ms' or 'Mrs' she won't say either.) We're really at a bit of a standoff for now. I think she does have information that would be very handy for us to have, but she wants to know more about us, about our capabilities and so on, i.e., whether we would have the ability to use any tidbits of information she'd let drop to us, before she'll talk.

So we're stuck in a game of 'you show me yours and I'll show you mine.' Frank and I don't think we can budge without approval from Minerva and Arthur.

That last probably sounds dirtier than the situation really is.

Believe me, we're not having any fun.

Not the way I want to be spending a Saturday evening, trust me.

least she's stopped calling me bellatrix. I think I actually might've heard her admit that she's glad I wasn't captured, but it was one of her damn riddles and I can't be sure that's what she meant.

and I don't know what I'd rather have. her insisting that the food is drugged, or her complaining that the food isn't good enough. steve's about ready to make sure she gets nothing but cheese sandwiches from now on, and nothing but.
