I hope that another night's rest has done the trick.

I've been thinking, too, about your questions about stress. Of course, it's quite true that stress can produce all sorts of unhappy symptoms, and truer still that over long stretches, tension can wear down one's health and can even deplete a person's magical capacities.

However. I heard what you said about some duties being worth the strain. That's a calculation we must all make for ourselves with a view to our own particular burdens and abilities. And I think it's important that you take those decisions yourself--listen, certainly, to what others tell you, but weigh all of the factors on your own and be deliberate about being the one to determine your own course.
